Through our one-on-one program, ConnectNTech brings customized tech support to those in need, ensuring that each senior has what they need to stay connected.
WeChat Miniprogram
Our WeChat Miniprogram was developed in coordination with Transcend United and KinDr Clinic in Seattle, WA. This miniprogram aims to help seniors register for scans and find the medical support they need.
Curriculum
ConnectNTech's curriculum provide 5 one-hour lessons and well as general lessons ranging from basic functions to teaching seniors how to spot and protect themselves from scams.
Seminars & Events
ConnectNTech offers monthly seminars on a wide variety of tech topics ensuring seniors are well updated and aware of the current digital landscape.

We Help Seniors Stay Safe in a Digital World
According to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), adults aged 60 and older reported losing $7.7 billion to internet and financial crimes in a single year. These losses were linked to scams such as phishing emails, investment fraud, tech support scams, romance scams, identity theft, and business email compromise. While anyone can become a victim, older adults are often targeted because scammers assume they have retirement savings, valuable personal information, or may be less familiar with rapidly evolving online threats.

We are also partnering with Transcend United and KinDr to create a miniprogram that has helped seniors get medical help through a WeChat Miniprogram. It has helped the 300+ seniors at Transcend United to ensure that they receive appropriate scans and services.
